2016 Red Diamond Congress
April 25 - 28, 2016
Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld
Engagement in the Exhibit & Event Industry
The Exhibit & Event Marketers Association (E2MA) has announced that its 2016 Red Diamond Congress will be part of Engagement World taking place at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld next year on April 25-28, 2016.
Engagement World is a conference and expo dedicated to highlighting the world of enterprise engagement in business and its many strategies and tactics. Engagement World is being launched by E2MA and the Enterprise Engagement Alliance (EEA). The event is designed to help organizations in all areas of business profit from this emerging new field that many experts believe will rival advertising in scale.
The event will consist of co-located education and exhibit programs addressing key areas of engagement, including:
· The E2MA Red Diamond Conference: Focuses on best practices in face-to-face marketing and
communications, on April 25-28, 2016.
· Engagement University: Highlights key strategies and tactics related to ROI-based enterprise
engagement plans, on April 26-27, 2016
· The Engagement Expo: Features exhibitors and presentations by leading engagement associations
and solution providers, on April 27-28, 2016
· The Rewards and Recognition Expo: Features the leading suppliers and brands in the rewards and
recognition business and an interactive education program on latest trends and best practices, on
April 27-28, 2016.
The E2MA is a community of exhibit and event marketers that are driven to benchmark the business value of face-to face marketing events and explore new tools, new technologies, and new techniques that can optimize face-to-face marketing. By facilitating discussions among all industry stakeholders about those issues that tend to minimize event outcomes, the E2MA's Red Diamond Congress is dedicated to develop actionable ideas and solutions that can provide for industry growth and success.
there are many other outstanding exhibit and event industry conferences,
almost all are organized to address the needs of a single stakeholder
group, and are often absent the input of key players in the exhibit and
event industry. The E2MA Red Diamond Congress (RDC), by design, is a
true congress of industry stakeholders that invites input from all
points of view and values the collective experience of all industry
professionals, no matter what segment you represent or what role you
play. For in
the final analysis, while it takes many different stakeholders and
interest groups to produce a successful event - there is no "they,"
there is only "us."
It's All About Engagement
“The growth of digital information and social media has only increased the need for face-to-face engagement,” said Jim Wurm, Executive Director of E2MA. “We believe that the emerging field of engagement creates perhaps the biggest growth opportunity for the meetings and events business since the advent of commercial jet aircraft. When companies need to engage people, it almost always boils down to face to face experiences.”
Registrants to both the E2MA Red Diamond and Engagement U. will be able to attend conference sessions at either conference. Both will involve associations in key areas of engagement sharing best practices, as well as presentations and exhibits at the co-located Engagement Expo and the Rewards and Recognition Expo.
The RDC will advance top level discussions and facilitate deep examinations into the issues that challenge us while cultivating conversations that can enhance Engagement for all segments of our audience.
While the audience at the RDC is primarily made up of exhibit marketers (34%) and their suppliers (41%), our audience also includes:
· Show Organizers (5%)
· Facility Management (3%)
· Exhibit Design/Build firms (6%)
· General Service Contractors (4%)
· Senior Marketers /Marketing Agencies (2%)
· Union Business Representatives (3%)
· Event technology companies (2%)
