The mission of the E2MA, and the Red Diamond Congress is to include, and engage, all industry stakeholders in an open forum to identify the challenges and issues faced by each segment, and to discuss alternative solutions that can measurably improve the value of face-to-face marketing.
Specifically designed to build bridges of connection, understanding, and opportunity, the E2MA Red Diamond Congress will not only provide education, information, and networking opportunities for E2MA members and industry colleagues, it will also explore new models, new methods, and new practices that may hold value for the entire community of exhibit and event industry professionals.
As the voice of the brand marketer that utilizes exhibits and events as a key component of their organizational marketing campaigns, the E2MA is driven to benchmark the business value of face-to face marketing events and provide strategic insights that enable fully optimized face-to-face marketing efforts. By facilitating discussions among all industry stakeholders about those issues that tend to minimize event outcomes, the E2MA's Red Diamond Congress is dedicated to develop actionable ideas and solutions that can provide for industry growth and success

The objective of this program content, and of the E2MA RDC, is to:

- develop industry standards around collection and communication of event data and event outcomes

On Monday, July 20, the Red Diamond Congress welcomes the 1st Annual Boston Randy Smith Memorial Golf Classic, the charity golf event to benefit families in the exhibition industry who have suffered
severe tragedies or face insurmountable medical expenses. The
commitment of the RSMGC is to provide financial and emotional support to all
past and present recipients and their families.
