New for the 2012 Red Diamond Congress are three (3) general sessions of Appreciative Inquiry where we will call upon the combined experience and expertise of our members to identify our association's "centers of infinite strengths."
We also call this "Conference 3.0." Conference 3.0 leaps beyond the kind of dialogue found in sessions and workshops, or even networking sessions, to a joint design of future strategy that will point the way for our new association.The Day One session will be the discovery phase, or assessment of strengths and opportunities. Day Two will delve into our planning and vision for the future. And, Day Three, produces the innovations and initiatives.
